"Armenia's 'adherence' to the humanitarian ceasefire is a manifestation of complete hypocrisy."
Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmat Hajiyev wrote on his Twitter account, Report informs.
"The city of Tartar has been under heavy artillery attack since the morning. The enemy fired more than 100 artillery shells at the city and surrounding villages, injuring six civilians. One civilian was killed. "Tartar is Azerbaijan's 'Stalingrad' in the face of Armenian Nazism," he wrote.
Armenian armed forces continue firing on the city of Tartar and surrounding villages, violating the humanitarian ceasefire.
