Additional funds must be allocated for restoration of liberated territories – President 

"We must allocate additional funds to restore the liberated lands," President Ilham Aliyev said while receiving Vahid Hajiyev in a video format in connection with his appointment as a Special Representative of the President to Zangilan district, which is part of the East Zangazur economic region, Report informs.

The head of state stressed that a total of 4.4 billion manats ($2.59 billion) will be allocated.
