UN-Habitat developes concept for Iraq's Erbil

Erbil city in Iraq has been placed at the center of a transformational project under the United Nations Human Settlements Program (UN-Habitat) through the promotion of a people-centered and integrated approach, Muslim Qazimi, head of the UN-Habitat Iraq office, said at the WUF13 event in Baku, Report informs.
He noted that the project is built on four key pillars: integrated urban development, inclusive housing, institutional strengthening, and multilateral cooperation.
