Pashinyan: Reconstruction of Yeraskh-Nakhchivan railway to take up to 1.5 years

The work under the Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity (TRIPP) project is scheduled to begin during this year, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated while presenting the ruling Civil Contract party's election program, Report informs via Armenpress.
"I am confident that we will start work in 2026. I think the earliest facilities to be commissioned will be the power transmission lines," Pashinyan stated.
He also noted that the reconstruction of the railway sections from Gyumri to Türkiye and from Yeraskh to Nakhchivan (Azerbaijan) will take approximately one to one and a half years.
