Lebanon Housing Corporation CEO promotes innovative solutions at WUF13

Lebanon advocates for stronger international cooperation and innovative approaches in the housing sector, Rony Lahoud, chairman of Lebanon's Public Corporation for Housing, said at a ministerial roundtable held as part of the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) in Baku, Report informs.
"We are working to expand affordable housing opportunities and prioritizing rehabilitation efforts, primarily in developed and damaged areas. This is being accomplished with the assistance of partners and within the framework of a developed roadmap focused on long-term, environmentally sustainable urban planning. In this regard, we call for international solidarity and the implementation of solutions based on innovative technologies," he emphasized.
