KazMunayGas-Aero to fuel AZAL aircraft at Shymkent airport

KazMunayGas-Aero LLP (KMG-Aero, a subsidiary of the national company KazMunayGas) and Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) have signed a contract for the provision of aircraft refueling services at Shymkent International Airport, Report informs, citing KazMunayGas.

Under the cooperation agreement, the KazMunayGas subsidiary will provide refueling of AZAL aircraft in accordance with international standards of safety, quality, and operational reliability.

Starting June 16, AZAL is launching regular flights on the Shymkent–Baku route. Flights will be operated twice a week - on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

Previously, KazMunayGas-Aero also signed aircraft refueling contracts at Almaty International Airport with a number of foreign air carriers, including AZAL, SpaceBee Airlines, My Freighter Airlines, and Easy Charter.
