Karabakh urban planning office relocated from Barda to Khankendi

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has amended the decree dated August 12, 2021, titled "On Urban Planning Issues in the Liberated Territories," Report informs.
According to the amendment, the Main Karabakh Regional Department of Architecture and Urban Planning will be relocated from the city of Barda to Khankandi.
The department's jurisdiction will now include the city of Khankandi and the Aghdara district.
The Cabinet of Ministers and the State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture have been instructed to address the matters arising from this decree.
