Guliyev: Fuzuli mosque is a symbol of Azerbaijan-Turkmenistan brotherhood

Azerbaijan highly values Turkmenistan's support in the large-scale reconstruction and restoration works being carried out in its Karabakh and Eastern Zangazur economic regions, Anar Guliyev, Chairman of the State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture of Azerbaijan, said during a meeting with Turkmenistan's Minister of Industry and Construction Production, Toyguly Nurov, Report informs, citing the committee.

Guliyev noted that the mosque being built in Azerbaijan's Fuzuli is not only a unique architectural example but also a manifestation of the unbreakable friendship, brotherhood, and shared spiritual values between the peoples of Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan. The project demonstrates the strengthening of humanitarian and cultural ties between the two countries.

During the meeting, the current state and future directions of the fraternal and strategic partnership between Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan were widely discussed.

The sides particularly considered expanding cooperation in urban planning, construction, and infrastructure, applying modern technologies, and implementing joint projects.
