Local-level discussions will help people understand the New Urban Agenda.
Report informs that Lajana Manandhar, secretary general of the Asian Coalition for Housing Rights, said this at WUF13 in Baku.
"We are still working on implementing the New Urban Agenda so that poor communities and people living in informal settlements can benefit from it. However, I think the main thing that is missing, or what needs to be done for effective accountability over the next 10 years, is to have a bottom-up reporting process," she stressed.
