According to Report, the ambassador noted that a foundation for successful cooperation has already been established between Hungarian and Azerbaijani institutions: "This week, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Hungarian General Water Directorate and Azerbaijan"s State Water Resources Agency. I believe this cooperation will open new opportunities for market expansion, technology export, and the application of reliable innovative solutions."

He also highlighted that Hungarian universities offer master"s programs in water resource management and water diplomacy, and have significant experience in developing drought-resistant agricultural technologies and water-saving solutions. "The Institute for Drought Prevention in Budapest strengthens cooperation with member countries of the Organization of Turkic States and supports project funding.
