Azerbaijan, US discuss TRIPP project

Azerbaijan and the United States exchanged views on the Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity (TRIPP) project, as well as cooperation opportunities under the Strategic Partnership Charter in the fields of transportation and artificial intelligence, Report informs, referring to Azerbaijan's Ministry of Digital Development and Transport.

The discussions took place during a meeting between Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rahman Hummatov and Rebecca Neff, Senior Advisor at the Department of State's Bureau of Economic, Energy and Business Affairs.

During the meeting, it was emphasized that relations between Azerbaijan and the United States have risen to the level of strategic partnership, and the importance of making more effective use of existing cooperation potential was underlined.

The sides also exchanged views on cooperation opportunities regarding international transport corridors passing through Azerbaijan.

Additionally, the participation of US companies in initiatives related to transport infrastructure projects, artificial intelligence, data centers, and other priority areas in Azerbaijan was discussed.
