Azerbaijan , US discuss cooperation after Zangezur corridor opening

Cooperation opportunities between Azerbaijan and the USA regarding the activation of the Zangezur corridor have been reviewed.

The Digital Development and Transport Ministry of Azerbaijan told Report.

The discussions were held during a meeting between Minister Rashad Nabiyev and a high-ranking official of the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs of the US State Department, Brendan Hanrahan.

During the meeting, an exchange of views took place on the work to be done based on the documents signed in Washington on August 8, as well as on the prospects for cooperation between the countries in the fields of transport, transit, artificial intelligence, digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, and other areas.

The potential enhancement of the Middle Corridor was also reviewed.
