Azerbaijan to disinfect all cargo trains entering the country

In order to prevent the widespread of coronavirus pandemic in the country, Azerbaijan Railways CJSC continues to take sanitary-epidemiological measures. Thus, all cargo trains entering the country from Azerbaijan-Georgia border will be disinfected with an automatized disinfection device (no-touch) in Boyuk Kesik station. For this purpose, the station will be provided with an automatized disinfection device.

Report informs that cargo transportations from Georgia to Azerbaijan are carried out in Boyuk Kesik station in Azerbaijan-Georgia border.

According to the information, no restriction is imposed on the movement of cargo transportation. 

Notably, in order to reduce human labor in toxic work, an automatized disinfection device was installed in the Astara border checkpoint.
