AZAL to receive subsidy of nearly $ 6 million next year

Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) will receive a subsidy of 10 million manats ($5.88 million) from the state budget in 2023, Report informs, citing the bill on the state budget for 2023.
These funds are intended to cover the loss incurred by the concessions applied to flights to the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, as well as to disabled people and participants of the Great Patriotic War who travel to the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
