Aydin Karimov: Restoration of liberated territories was accompanied by training

The restoration of Azerbaijan"s liberated territories after the war was accompanied by a parallel process of training and the establishment of an effective coordination system, Aydin Karimov, Special Representative of the President of Azerbaijan in the Shusha District, said during an event held within the framework of WUF13 in Baku.

Report quotes him as saying that one of the key factors was the establishment from the very beginning of a special management and coordination system.

He emphasized that this was not merely a formal coordinating body. According to the special representative, a dynamic system of working groups was created and continues to function today.

Karimov added that this approach made it possible to ensure close yet efficient cooperation among planners, architects, state institutions, and private companies involved in the reconstruction process.
