Nakhchivan Industrial Park to cover 310 hectares

The Nakhchivan Industrial Park, whose foundation was laid on Tuesday, will cover an area of 310 hectares, according to Report.
Initial preparatory work for the construction of the park has already begun.
The park was established by a decree signed by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on December 5, 2024.
The first stage of the project envisages preparing the site for use. The next stage will involve the development of external and internal infrastructure, including electricity and heating, gas, water, communications, transport, production, administrative, social and other facilities.
The industrial park will be located in the southwestern part of Nakhchivan city, south of the Nakhchivan-Sadarak highway, and will cover 310 hectares.
Negotiations are currently underway on several projects to attract potential investors to the industrial park.
President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the Nakhchivan Industrial Park on August 11.
