Azerbaijan’s Sumgait Chemical Industrial Park increasing number of residents

Two more residents who submitted applications can be registered in Azerbaijan’s Sumgait Chemical Industrial Park, Deputy Director of Sumgait Chemical Industrial Park Elkhan Shiriyev told Report.

“The projects under consideration are related to the creation of a large logistics center, in addition, several projects related to the chemical industry are being considered,” Shiriyev noted.

He said that 25 residents are registered in the park, 17 of them have already begun their activities: “Some $3 billion have already been invested in the park. The total investment portfolio is $3.3 billion.”

Sumgait Chemical Industrial Park LLC was established in 2012. Its authorized capital is 500,000 manats. The company manages Azerbaijan’s industrial parks.
