Azerbaijan produces more than 1,600 kg of gold in 7 months

Azerbaijan produced 1,637.4 kg of gold and 2,154 kg of silver in January-July 2026.

According to the State Statistics Committee, cited by Report, gold production decreased by 12.1% compared with the first seven months of 2025, while silver production fell by 15%.

Over the past seven months, copper concentrate production in Azerbaijan amounted to 10,667.7 tons, 6.3 times higher than the figure recorded a year earlier.

As of August 1, the country had gold stocks of 162.5 kg and silver stocks of 600.4 kg. Copper concentrate stocks amounted to 1,908.4 tons.
