CIS Games postponed again

Tatarstan Minister of Sports Vladimir Leonov told TASS that the CIS Games to be held in Kazan, Russia this year, maybe rescheduled.
He said that although the organizers plan to hold the competition in early October, they are also considering the possibility of postponing it again due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Notably, the competition was to be held on August 20-27. Two thousand five hundred athletes under the age of 16 from 11 CIS countries, including Azerbaijan, will participate in the competition. The program of the tournament includes 21 sports. The athletes will vie for 280 sets of medals during the Games.
