Saidjamshid Jafarov claims Boxing World Cup gold for Azerbaijan

Azerbaijani boxer Saidjamshid Jafarov has won the World Cup held in Guiyang, China.
Report informs that the national team member, competing in the 75 kg weight category, faced Rami Kiwan of Bulgaria in the final.
Jafarov won all three rounds and secured a 5-0 victory - 30:27, 30:27, 30:27, 30:27, 29:28 - to claim the gold medal at the World Cup.
Thus, the Azerbaijani national team finished the year's second ranking tournament, which brought together 300 athletes from 40 countries, with one gold and two bronze medals.
Earlier, Azerbaijan's Murad Allahverdiyev in the 80 kg category and Alfonso Dominguez in the 90 kg category won bronze medals.
