Farid Gayibov hold meetings with Russian, Japanese ambassadors

Minister of Youth and Sports Farid Gayibov has met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Russia Mikhail Bocharnikov, Head of the Russian Information and Cultural Center Irek Zinnurov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan Junichi Wada, Third Secretary Ono Taichi, and Embassy staff member Aysel Mammadli.
The meeting participants stressed the importance of bilateral relations with both countries and discussed cooperation in the field of youth and sports.
Speaking about the performance of Azerbaijani athletes at the Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympic Games and the first CIS Games in Kazan, Russia, Gayibov stressed that both competitions were organized at a high level.
