ANAMA employee injured in mine explosion in Khojaly district – UPDATED

An employee of the Azerbaijan Mine Action Agency (ANAMA) was injured in a mine incident in Dashkend village of the Khojaly district on September 10.
ANAMA told Report that its employee, Anar Hasanov (born in 1990), sustained a leg injury when an anti-personnel mine exploded while he was performing his official duties.
The injured employee was evacuated to the district hospital. His condition is reported to be satisfactory.
One person was injured in a landmine explosion in Azerbaijan's Khojaly district, according to Report's Karabakh bureau.
The incident occurred in the territory of Dashkand village in the district.
The injured man, Anar Hasanzada, was taken to the Khankandi City Hospital.
The circumstances of the explosion are being investigated.
