Elshad Hajiyev: Police officers not interested in fining citizens

The state, the state representative, and the police are not interested in bringing any citizen to administrative responsibility for violating the rules of the special quarantine regime, head of the press service of the Baku City Main Police Department, police major Elshad Hajiyev told Report in the program, "You have the right."
According to him, police officers do not have such an obligation: "We only demand complying with the rules on the social distance, because there is a risk to human life and human health. No one should ignore such a risk. One of our concerns is that sometimes active coronavirus patients visit pubic public places, which leads to criminal liability.
