Russian police detain Azerbaijani citizen declared wanted through Interpol

A person who has been declared wanted internationally by the Azerbaijani government has been detained in Russia.

Report informs that 41-year-old Yadulla Shikhmammadov wanted internationally under Article 128 (Deliberate causing of less serious harm to health) of the Criminal Code, has been detained in the Russian Federation.

Measures on his extradition are underway.
