Armenian MP Khandanyan optimistic about Armenia–Türkiye normalization

A constructive and active political dialogue between Armenia and Türkiye is giving hope that it may soon evolve into an institutionalized relationship, according to Sargis Khandanyan, Chair of Armenia's Parliamentary Commission on Foreign Relations, Report informs.
Speaking at the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly session in Istanbul, Khandanyan said he was optimistic that the normalization process between the two countries would yield positive results in the near future.
"Being in Türkiye today, I cannot help but express optimism that the process of normalizing relations between Armenia and Türkiye will soon bring positive outcomes," he stated.
Khandanyan also stated that peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan has already been established.
