Accused Arkady Gukasyan admitted on March 13, during the ongoing trial at the Baku Military Court, that the "budget" of the self-proclaimed regime was formed by Armenia.
According to Report, Gukasyan stated that the funds allocated by Armenia to the "budget" of this regime were called "loans," but these "loans" were interest-free and termless.
"At that time, it was called 'interest-free loans.' That is, the issue of repaying the loans was not on the agenda in the near future. In addition, customs issues related to 'exports' from Karabakh and 'imports' of products were handled in Armenia. The funds collected by the State Customs Service of Armenia related to the 'imports' and 'exports' in Karabakh were also included in the 'interest-free credits,'" he added.
