Another 144 mines found in liberated territories of Azerbaijan

The Azerbaijan Mine Action Agency (ANAMA) detected 144 mines last week during the demining operations in the liberated territories, Report informs.

According to ANAMA, 33 antipersonnel mines, 111 anti-tank mines, and 271 unexploded ordnances were found and neutralized during mine clearance operations in Tartar, Aghdam, Fuzuli, Shusha, Gubadli, Jabrayil, and Zangilan on October 10-15.

As a result, 435 hectares were cleared of mines and unexploded ordnance.
