Yandex's market share in Azerbaijan drops 62% in May

In May 2026, Google dominated Azerbaijan's search engine market across all platforms (computers, mobile devices, and tablets) with a 94.19% share, Report informs, citing Statcounter.

According to the latest data, this marks an increase of 9.03 percentage points compared to April and 13.56 points year-on-year.

Yandex, in second place, saw its market share fall sharply – down 7.6 percentage points monthly and 12.58 points annually, settling at 4.61%, a 62% decline compared to April.

Bing ranked third, with its share dropping 1.12 points monthly and 0.44 points annually to 0.85%.

DuckDuckGo followed, decreasing by 0.18 points both monthly and annually to 0.19%.

Closing the top five, Yahoo fell 0.09 points monthly and 0.32 points annually, reaching 0.13%
