Provision of telecommunications services during WUF13 discussed

The Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of Azerbaijan has issued relevant instructions to ensure high-level telecommunications services during the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13), to be held in Baku.

Report informs, citing the ministry, that the instructions were given during a meeting on preparations for the event, including work carried out to ensure stable and high-quality telecommunications services across the country and at event venues, as well as the current situation.

The meeting, chaired by Deputy Minister Samaddin Asadov, discussed work done to provide sustainable and high-quality telecommunications services across the country and at event venues, as well as requirements for internet services at the Baku Olympic Stadium.

The current situation regarding the organization of internet services, international internet channels and mobile communication services, including voice and internet, was also reviewed.
