Over 45 million malicious links and over 730,000 internet pests were blocked in Azerbaijan in the third quarter of this year alone.
Chief of the department at the State Service for Special Communication and Information Security Tural Mammadov said at a cybersecurity conference in Baku that the service interfered with the systems of hackers that conducted the hacker attacks to get the necessary information and identify what their goal is.
According to Mammadov, the information systems of the state structures are checked twice a year based on the Cabinet of Ministers' decision.
