IDC: Shipments of PCs globally to grow 14.2%

In 2021, the volume of PCs sold worldwide will amount to 347 million units, which is 14.2 percent more than in the previous year, Report informs referring to the forecast of the International Data Corporation (IDC).
This is slightly below the May forecast of 18 percent. The reason for the revision stems from persistent supply chain and logistical challenges.
IDC experts expect that in 2021-2025 the average annual growth rate of sales of PCs will be 3.2 percent.
