Azerbaijan needs to create a telecommunications infrastructure in the liberated territories, former Prime Minister of Moldova Chiril Gaburici told Report on the sidelines of the VIII Global Baku Forum.
He noted that for the development of telecommunication links in Karabakh, it is necessary to create a suitable infrastructure, as well as provide access to high-speed Internet.
Gaburici added that this will lead to a boom in the development of telecommunications links.
