Azerbaijani MP offers to establish special fund to train ICT specialist

A special fund should be established under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport to train specialists in the field of ICT, MP Rufat Guliyev said at the plenary session of the Milli Majlis, Report informs.

According to him, the fund can give special scholarships to students of higher schools in this field: "For example, the Ministry of Agriculture gives special scholarships to students, which motivates people to learn this profession. We should also develop ICT specialists internally. I am not saying that these scholarships must be allocated to 200-300 people, but 10-15 best graduate students can benefit."
