Azerbaijan’s transport minister appoints new advisor

Azerbaijani Minister of Transport, Communications and High Technologies Rashad Nabiyev has appointed a new PR adviser, the ministry told Report.
Advisor Rashad Bayramov will perform the functions of effective communication with the media and public relations.
Rashad Bayramov was born in 1979. He graduated from the Azerbaijan University of Languages with a degree in English. In 2004 he received a master’s degree in communications and media technologies from the Rochester Institute of Technology (US). He began his career in 2001 as an Assistant for Media Relations and Political Affairs at the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE). Since 2004 he has worked for BP in various positions.
