Azerbaijan's state bodies receive 28 new domains in seven months

A total of 28 new domains were allocated for use by Azerbaijan's government institutions in January-July this year.

According to Report's calculations based on data from the State Service for Special Communications and Information Security, this is 9.7% lower than in the same period last year.

During the reporting period, 249 new subdomains were also allocated for use by government institutions, marking a 59% increase compared with a year earlier.

In July alone, government institutions received five domains and 38 subdomains. These figures were 67% and 41% higher, respectively, than those recorded in July last year.

In 2025, Azerbaijan's government institutions received 65 new domains and 285 new subdomains.
