Azerbaijan has started work on the establishment of a unified cybersecurity platform.
According to Report, the National Cybersecurity Agency under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport has started preparations for the project.
The platform is expected to cost around 436,000 manats (approximately $256,500).
The system will consist of multiple modules, providing functions such as sharing threat intelligence data, incident and indicator exchange, organization onboarding, query creation and monitoring, distribution of survey forms, file analysis in a sandbox environment, reporting of security vulnerabilities and penetration test findings, and access to a knowledge base resource library.
This initiative is reflected in the Action Plan for Accelerating Digital Development for 2026–2028, approved by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on February 27, 2026.
