Chief pediatrician: Television, telephone cause autism in babies

"Children under the age of 2 should not have a telephone or TV at all," said Chief Pediatrician of the Ministry of Health Erkin Rahimov.
"Communication with the mother would benedit a child more. Parents, in particular, give a phone to their babies during meals. It is not correct. Such cases predispose kids to autism," he noted.
