Azerbaijan reports 1,678 new COVID-19 cases, 23 died

Azerbaijan has recorded 1,678 new coronavirus cases over the past day, the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told Report.
Meanwhile, 1,934 people recovered from the infection, and 23 patients succumbed to the deadly pathogen.
Overall, the country has reported 588,318 cases of infection, 554,749 recoveries, and 7,856 deaths since the onset of the pandemic. At present, 25,713 people are receiving treatment.
Azerbaijan has conducted 5,539,284 COVID-19 tests over the past period, including 12,620 today.
