Azerbaijan confirms 40 new COVID-19 cases, 1 died

Azerbaijan has recorded 40 new coronavirus cases over the past day, the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told Report.

Meanwhile, 42 people recovered from the infection, and one patient died.

Overall, the country has reported 823,889 cases of infection, 813,669 recoveries, and 9,969 since the onset of the pandemic. At present, 251 people are receiving treatment.

Azerbaijan has conducted 7,353,252 COVID-19 tests over the past period, including 1,571 today.
