Azerbaijan confirms 2,206 new COVID-19 cases, 35 died

Azerbaijan recorded 2,206 new coronavirus cases over the past day, the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told Report.
Meanwhile, 1,578 people recovered from the infection, and 35 patients succumbed to the deadly pathogen.
Overall, the country has reported 281,387 cases of infection, 247,459 recoveries, and 3,846 deaths since the onset of the pandemic. At present, 30,082 people are receiving treatment.
Azerbaijan has conducted 2,990,285 COVID-19 tests over the past period, including 12,692 today.
