WUF13 to present World Cities Report on housing policy

The World Cities Report, dedicated to housing policy and local solutions in urban development, will be presented at the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) in Baku, UN-Habitat Executive Director Anaclaudia Rossbach said at a press conference dedicated to the opening of WUF13, according to Report.

She stated that the report analyzes the experiences of various cities and countries in addressing housing issues and developing local mechanisms for sustainable development.

"After studying it, you will see how cities and countries are addressing this challenge. This is a comprehensive report on local solutions, prepared by the Local Solutions 2030 platform – a UN mechanism in which 15 UN entities work together with partners such as local and regional governments, the private sector, civil society, and others," Rossbach noted.
