The withdrawal of the Russian peacekeeping contingent temporarily stationed in the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan under the tripartite statement of November 10, 2020, has begun before the planned five-year period, Report informs.
Initially, unofficial information about this spread through various media resources and social networks, and then it was officially confirmed by Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration, and Russian Presidential Spokesman Dmitri Peskov.
Currently, numerous videos depicting the withdrawal of the Russian peacekeepers and their military equipment from Azerbaijan are circulating on social networks.
