WHO director-general thanks Azerbaijani president for support

Director-General of the World Health Organization Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus has thanked Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev for support in fighting the coronavirus pandemic, Report informs.
"In my call with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev earlier this week, I also took the chance to thank him for Azerbaijan’s financial support to the global COVID-19 response, collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO), advocacy for VaccinEquity, and solidarity among the Non-Aligned Movement members," the WHO head tweeted.
Ghebreyesus earlier had a very constructive dialog with Ilham Aliyev about VaccinEquity (WHO campaign for equitable distribution of vaccines).
