"We have very decent and good relations with the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as many enterprises with joint capital. Many representatives of Azerbaijan are working in the Volgograd region." Governor of the Volgograd Oblast Andrei Bocharov told Russian Bureau of Report News Agency.
"We regard our relationship as constructive and mutually beneficial. There is a very good potential for their further development. I am sure that the decisions to be taken in the framework of cooperation with the regions of Azerbaijan and Azerbaijani companies will help to deepen our ties. I want to say to our fraternal Azerbaijani people 'Welcome to Volgograd!', and, of course, we will come to visit Azerbaijan," the Governor said.
