The sanctions have undermined the foundation of the European economy and market, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said at a joint press conference with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
According to Report, he noted that Hungary regularly faces an energy crisis.
"Our situation has been improved by the fact that we have not completely stopped cooperation with Russia. Also, without the Turkic countries, it would be difficult to ensure our energy security. There has been a war going on in our neighborhood for three years now. The European Union has chosen to continue the war. The European economy is in a difficult situation," he added.
