US, Armenia discuss implementation of TRIPP project

Chairman of the Standing Committee on Foreign Relations of the Armenian Parliament, Sargis Khandanyan, and representative of the US House Foreign Affairs Committee, Lance Kokonos, discussed the implementation process of the Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity (TRIPP) project, according to the Armenian Parliament, Report informs via local media outlets.

"During the meeting, the parties discussed the importance of implementing the TRIPP project and exchanged views on further work and practical steps in this direction in the near future," the statement reads.

The sides also paid special attention to recent developments in the normalization process of Armenia–Azerbaijan and Armenia–Türkiye relations, as well as current regional issues of mutual interest.
