UAE Embassy hosts cultural event at Azerbaijan National Art Museum

The Embassy of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in Baku, in cooperation with Azerbaijan's Ministry of Culture, has held an event titled "Museums of the UAE and Azerbaijan tell a story of a rich past and a promising future" at the Azerbaijan National Art Museum.

According to Report, the event was attended by representatives of the diplomatic corps, ministry officials, MPs, cultural and public figures, and media representatives.

UAE Ambassador to Azerbaijan Mohammed Al Blooshi said in his address that Azerbaijan is a strategic gateway to the South Caucasus and Central Asia.

Highlighting the strategic partnership between the two countries, the ambassador said bilateral relations would continue to develop at an increasing pace.

Deputy Minister of Culture Saadat Yusifova, in turn, said cultural ties play an important role in strengthening relations between Azerbaijan and the UAE.

She also stressed the importance of continuing such events.

The event aimed to showcase the rich cultural heritage and museum experience of Azerbaijan and the UAE, while contributing to the development of cultural cooperation and cultural tourism between the two countries.
