It is no coincidence that Karabakh of the occupation period is called a ‘gray zone’, here, along with separatism, drug-containing plants ‘bloomed’ with might and main, Turkish journalist Hayati Basarslan told Report’s employee sent to Khojaly.
“It was my first time in Karabakh. I'm taken aback by what I saw in Karabakh,” he said, noting that the Armenians mined all the territories, grew and produced drugs. “This is unacceptable,” he said.
Unfortunately, the international media are not particularly interested in the crimes of Armenians, he noted. “They come, film and leave, although serious investigative journalism is needed,” he added.
