Turkish FM: Events after Second Karabakh War show that some conflicts 'frozen'

What happened after the Second Karabakh and the war in Ukraine showed that some conflicts were 'frozen', said Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu, Report informs.

According to him, 60% of the conflicts in the world occur in the geography where Turkiye is located.
