A truck with food aid that the Russian Red Cross Society sent to the Armenians living in Karabakh has not yet been able to get to Khankandi.
According to a Report employee sent to the site, the truck is currently in Barda.
Despite the evening hours, the food truck could not cross to Khankandi.
This fact is regarded as the result of another unconstructive position of the separatists in Karabakh, as well as the pressure of the International Committee of the Red Cross and the West on the Russian Red Cross Society.
